A dance fitness party mixing low intensity and high intensity moves set to Latin and World rhythms.  No equipment necessary.

Strong Nation

A full body workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.  Equipment needed: a yoga mat or cushioning for floor work.

Zumba Toning

Your Zumba fitness party with an extra emphasis on toning and sculpting using hand weights to define those muscles!  Equipment needed: Light hand weights 1-3lb or water bottles to use hand weights.

My Fitness Journey

I started teaching fitness classes in October 2011 after being encouraged to become a Zumba instructor by my own instructor. I had expected to only be a sub for her class but ended up loving teach so much, I starting teaching regularly.

I love teaching and inspiring my students to be healthy and active. I have taught all age and fitness levels and take pride in having a class that is welcoming to new students and still fun and challenging for fitness addicts.
