Your Zumba fitness party with an extra emphasis on toning and sculpting using hand weights to define those muscles! Equipment needed: Light hand weights 1-3lb or water bottles to use hand weights.
My Fitness Journey
I started teaching fitness classes in October 2011 after being encouraged to become a Zumba instructor by my own instructor. I had expected to only be a sub for her class but ended up loving teach so much, I starting teaching regularly.
I love teaching and inspiring my students to be healthy and active. I have taught all age and fitness levels and take pride in having a class that is welcoming to new students and still fun and challenging for fitness addicts.
